I am very excited to be including a class that supports students with limited mobility with the use of chairs and other props.

Designed for students who may not be able to get onto the floor, or who find standing or kneeling painful.

These classes are all about making the benefits of yoga accessible to EVERYONE.

Yoga is NOT about being able to touch your toes or making pretzel shapes with the body … but feeling more at ease, with less stiffness and pain, take easier breaths and feel calmer IS what yoga can assist with.

Umina Surf Life Saving Club also has a lift (avoid the stairs). 

Please share news about this class to friends and family - no previous experience needed at all. Students are encouraged to come and try a class to begin. No need to commit, just encourage you to try.
