Starting the day with Yoga is great for setting the tone for the rest of the day – add in watching the sunrise (clouds permitting). These classes will have fluid movements to awaken the body, explore different breathing patterns and finish with relaxation / short meditation. There is a focus on different seasonal energies, and ways to balance, tone or build.

9.30am – 10.30am

A slower paced class which focuses on unlocking areas such as pelvis and shoulders, build strength and balance. This class supports nervous system with breath practices to soothe, and different meditation practices.
